Here we go again!

YAY!!! Another hurricane wants to come and attack almost three years to the date of wonderful Hurricane Katrina who flooded our house! This time though we are a little more prepared. Hubby and I spent the day packing away pictures, things up high, and highly getting on one anothers nerves!

We will be leaving tomorrow to go with hubby on a another business trip(not in a hurricane's path). And HOPEFULLY we return to a house unharmed. Thanks to all of those that have kept us in your thoughts and prayers!

What does your music say about you??

I think a lot can be said about a person based upon their music taste. Let's take hubby for example(love using him as my lab rat), he loves the Beatles, Jimmy Buffet, jazz, blues etc. All of those are so him...he is the laid back, tropical-loving, kind of guy. So tell me what do you think my music says about me??

The Dancing with the Stars 2008 celeb/dancers have been annouced! I am so excited...I am a freak for this show! I mean I have danced literally ALL of my life...not ballroom dancing but you know studio(dress you up in yellow polka dot bikini's with frilly tutu). Oh yeah, since I was three!
Although, I'm excited about the list, there are a few names that boggle my brain. Like Susan Lucci...come on it took her FOREVER to win a Daytime Emmy Award...unlikely she will win unless they let her on the show a million times. And Toni Braxton...does she really publicity that bad?? Is she coming out with a new CD?? Nonetheless, I can't until the show is on! Do you watch this show???

Ok Here Ya Go Ann 7 Weird Facts About Me:

1. I don't eat chicken "on a bone"...boneless I'm ok with.
2. I can only get out of the shower from the left side...Weird I know!
3. I have total social anxiety.
4. I hate lemon in my water so much I tell waiter/waitresess that I'm allergic
5. I hate lettuce on anything(like hamburger) but LOVE salads
6. I only like eating with small forks
7. Refuse to lick an envelope ever!!!
   

Well...everything went well!

I survived the opening of Nola Meadows Studio with only a few moments of "I think I am going into cardiac arrest!" I ended the day with two orders....and a bunch of giveaways! Exposure is the key I suppose at this point.

Sigh.

Well, hubby finally came home from his stupid business trip....like 3 week business trip! So excited, he got to see Boston sit up for the first time and play with obnoxious toys(Kristen, Here we go!) I put him on daddy duty the minute he walked in the door. Finally a BREAK! For whatever reason, the thing I like least about being a mommy is bathtime...I just hate the whole process leaning over the tub, breaking my pack, getting water in his eyes...etc. I have this severe feel that when I'm getting him out what if he slips out of my hands onto the tile floor!!! Paranoid...I'm sure!

Hubby has dedicated tomorrow to being a mommy day....get the eyebrows waxed(because the 90's Brooke Shields look is not in), having Italian for lunch, and going to the bead shoppe! Woohoo...a day all for me!
